Loop Trak Fly Rods

“I’ve been lucky enough to spend a lot of time with the new Loop Trak rods. Not just leading on the design but casting and fishing with them in the kind of wild places they were built for. With this level of performance at this price point, the Trak series really is phenomenal value.”

- Eoin Fairgrieve / Head of Rod Design

Introducing the Trak

Back in early 2025, LOOP set out with a clear goal: to build the best-value fly rod on the market, one that delivers performance far beyond what its price tag suggests.

What followed was months of hands-on testing, fine-tuning, and real-world use in demanding conditions. Every detail was pushed, questioned, and improved until LOOP knew it had something special.

Now, LOOP is proud to introduce the Loop Trak series.

This high-quality range of single and double-handed rods are designed to handle a wide variety of species and fishing styles. Whether casting on a quiet river or tackling more challenging waters, the Trak series is built to perform.

Watch LOOP's Head of Rod Design Eoin Fairgrieve talk through the inspiration behind the Trak series, and what makes it such a great fly rod to fish with.

The Fine Details

The Trak series features well-engineered reel seats with a robust carbon insert, offering improved stability.

All handles are made from contoured AAA cork, enhancing longevity and comfort.

High-quality rings with low friction stripper guides ensure smooth, efficient casting.

Single & Double Handed Options

LOOP’s single-handed rods are optimised for their weight classes, improving both presentation and coverage.

The double-handed models deliver versatility and performance when targeting larger species, excelling in both spey and overhead casting situations.
