How to tie the Mini Lure of Destiny with Steve Cullen

Today we are checking out the Mini Lure of Destiny, tied by Steve Cullen. This fly is a variation of a pattern which can be found in the Loch Fishers Bible, called the Swannay Viva.
Steve's has essentially pimped-up the pattern by introducing Mosaic Flash creating a vibrant flash in the wing. Ideal on stillwaters, this pattern is perfect in a team of lures ideally when there's a bit of a breeze. Get a few tied up through Steve's guidance and get out catching!

Materials Used:

Hook: Kamasan B175 Trout Heavy Traditional, Size 10
Thread: Uni Thread 8/0, Black

Tail: Veniard Glo-Brite, Phospur Yellow & Lime Green

Dubbing: Chuck N Duck Hare & Squirrel Peacock Herl Mix

Hackle: Turrall Marabou Hackles, Black & Stillwater Mosaic Flash

Head: Stillwater Indian Hen Capes, Dyed Black

Varnish/Glue: Gulff UV Resin Thinman 15ml Clear
