How to tie Dawson's Honey Bear with Steve Cullen

Today we are checking out Steve Cullen's take on a Loch Leven fly, the Dawson's Honey Bear! He has big versions and skinny versions of this pattern, today he'll be tying up the skinny version! Ultimately, this pattern is a fish finder ideal early season but worth using as a search pattern year round due to it's size and vibrant colour scheme. Get a few of these tied up and try adding in different coloured bodies and get out catching!

All of the materials needed to tie this fly are available from Glasgow Angling Centre as listed below, but as always, if you need any help finding materials or substitutes then we'll be happy to help.
