Fishing In Focus at the Spring Open Weekend 2024

This Spring we've got some very special guests taking to the stage at our presentation area in the back of the store.

Pull up a seat and watch Henry Gilbey (Savage Gear/Penn) Simon Gawesworth (Sage/Rio), Dr Paul Garner (Westin/PikePro), Barry Ord-Clarke (Veniard, Feather Bender) as well as a selection of stars from our Fly Tyers Row who will be demonstrating their skills on the big screen.

Henry Gilbey, Writer, Photographer, Product Developer and bone fide lure fishing fanatic, will be instore representing Savage Gear and PENN, as well as answering your questions instore Henry will be demonstrating his favourite tips, tackle and techniques at our Lure Tank Podium and taking to the stage at our Fishing in Focus presentation area covering "All Things Bass"

Dr Paul Garner will be attending our Open Weekend this March, representing

Westin and Pike Pro! He'll be doing talks on how to get the best out of the Westin Escape Cam and Rigging Demos on how to setup with PikePro to maximise your chances.
If you have questions for Paul, pop along and ask his expertise! Paul is an avid Coarse and Predator angler so if you are looking for tips on your Tench fishing tactics or want a tip on how best to rig your lure, he’s the man to ask!

Simon Gawesworth works for RIO Products developing the next generation of fly line technology. Simon will be instore on Saturday presenting at our "Fishing In Focus" Stage and on hand to answer all your questions.
