Each session is suitable for aspiring anglers of all ages and abilities and places are limited so pre-booking is recommended, all fishing equipment will be provided but suitable clothing and footwear should be worn - please wrap up warmly!

The SFCA is the Scottish Governing Body for the sport of Coarse Angling. It was established in the early 1970’s and is committed to the protection of coarse fish stocks in Scotland and providing equal opportunity for all to get involved and enjoy the sport of coarse angling in a safe and responsible way. They run programmes and courses to increase the number of anglers fishing for fun, run competitions and provide training to increase the number of UKCC coaches required for help individuals to develop within the sport. The SFCA aims to engage with stakeholders from across the broad spectrum of the angling sector on issues affecting coarse angling.
