Today we are taking a look at a mini lure tied together by Steve Cullen. The "Red Arse Cat" is a modern take on the Cat's Whisker. Steve explains that this fly can be used year-round as it's got lots of proven Trout triggers, but it's most successful on the back end when Trout are switching on to Fry feeding, fattening up for the Winter. With contrasting colours and plenty of movement, this is a fly that will definitely induce a take on any Stillwater.
