Today we are looking at the Junction Shrimp Tube Fly! An excellent Salmon Fly made famous on the River Tweed and has become a very popular fly on Salmon Rivers across the world. These tube flies are perfect for well known Scottish Salmon Rivers and are ideal for using during the Spring. Pair this tube fly with your favourite Double Hook to create a Salmon Catching weapon!
All of the materials needed to tie this fly are available from Glasgow Angling Centre as listed below, but as always, if you need any help finding materials or substitutes then we'll be happy to help. Time to tie a Junction Shrimp Tube Fly, with the guidance of Davie McPhail.
