the best yet! We have updated the instore format and will be bringing
you more of the countries top lure anglers, sponsored by
Tronixpro and supported by Savage Gear and Pure Fishing, making this the
premier lure fishing event on the east coast of Scotland! All of our featured anglers are
at the very top of their game and will go out of their way to show you
how to perform the latest techniques and how to rig and fish any style
of lure you can imagine. They will even take the time to guide you round
our massive lure selection between demonstrations, helping you to
choose the right equipment and best lures and baits from our extensive
range, so don't miss out and come to Scotland's biggest FREE angling event!
Gary Henderson
Gary Henderson started fishing early on in his life. At the age of 7, he
purchased his first set up and hooked his first ever fish not long
after. Gary has gained a good reputation, through hard work and
determination over the past 4-5 years, which have resulted in Pike
weighing in at over 32lb and Perch over 4lb. However, it isn’t the list
of big fish that Gary has caught that has led to his signing to angling
brands Abu and Berkley. “Gary has huge potential that will greatly
benefit both Abu Garcia & Berkley,” said Lucy Gourley, UK Marketing
Executive, Pure Fishing. “He is very skilled, proactive and has an
abundance of passion for the sport, which shows while he’s fishing and
off the water. We are very excited to have him on board and have him
work alongside our other ProTeam members. “ Gary will also be working
with the brand teams, to provide valuable knowledge, product testing and
evaluation for future UK products to be launched from Abu Garcia and
Berkley.

Lee Goddard
Lee has a host of personal achievements including racking up a good number of Bass on Light Game metals as well as a few other species such as Garfish, Scad, Sea Trout, Mackerel, etc.
On Dropshot, Lee has caught a number of species both in the UK and abroad, including the quite rare Baillons Wrasse among more common species such as Black Bream, Corkwing Wrasse, Goldsinney Wrasse and a host of other UK species.Abroad, Lee has used this technique for Striped Bream, White Bream, Saddled Bream, Black scorpion Fish, Rainbow Wrasse, Puffer fish, Damsel Fish, Pandora and again; a host of other species.Getting to grips with some of the techniques involved in “on the drop” fishing with jigheads has provided Lee with the most fun. Using these methods, Lee has caught Leerfish, Amberjack, Scorpion Fish, Scad, Pollock, Bass, Mullet, Garfish, Flounder, Turbot, Weever fish and so many more.

Representing Salmo and Fox, Salmo brand manager will be on hand to help. It will not only be Salmo lures that the guys will have on show, they will also have a range of the Fox Range and will be there to give advice on how they will be best use them.
