Clyde Outboard Services was Launched in 2006 with the aim of providing servicing, repairs and parts for outboard owners in the Glasgow and Clyde area. As well as the workshop, Clyde Outboards provide a mobile service, travelling to you to service your outboard. This is more convenient for outboard owners who can not get to a service centre for reasons such as their outboard being to heavy or fixed to their boat. They are also an official Honda Dealership, and their premises includes a showroom where Honda outboards, inflatables, parts and accessories are on display.
They will also be displaying the popular portable boat from Ezyboat! It's a 14ft boat that folds in half which makes it easy to transport and store. On the water it's light and easy to use, with a hull design that makes it extremely stable and versatile for a variety of fishing situations on both salt and freshwater. It can safely take 4 people without tipping and can handle a top speed with 2 fishermen and all your gear of around 23mph on the water.
The Ezyboat has a built-in trailer so it can be attached straight to a car for towing and can be launched very easily without the need for a separate trailer! Once on the water, the wheels are retracted into the hull which causes minimal drag.
