Toby White caught this 20.1 lb Undulate Ray whilst fishing aboard Ivan Wellington's boat, Top Cat III from Weymouth. The fish according to Ivan was one of the best to ever be caught from Weymouth and is close to the British record. It was caught using a Mackerel flapper on a running ledger.
