Kevin Hamilton has dedicated a lot of time and effort to hunting Bass around Scotland with plugs and lures and his hard work finally paid off! Using a shallow diving lure on a Greys Prowla rod and Shimano reel he hooked the fish on an ebbing tide and after an epic struggle with many runs and even avoiding a hungry Seal he managed to land the fish and weigh it at 12lb 10oz. He tried to return the fish but unfortunately it was bleeding so he took it home to eat and even woke his wife up at 1am to take this picture!
