Dominic Patch with a 9lb 8oz Smooth Hound caught at the Knap, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. He originally set out for Bass or Rays but ended up with a small Turbot, a small Conger, two baby Tope and half way through the session had a mega fight on his hands with this Smooth Hound. Baits used were whole Squid and Squid/Sandeel cocktails and all the fish were returned to fight another day.
