The Dalmore rivers whiskey collection has been exclusively created by Richard Paterson. Each expression is different and reflects the character of Scotland’s four greatest salmon rivers. A generous donation from each bottle sold is gifted directly to the conservation and preservation of these special rivers and the Salmon that run them. In 2010, a pilot scheme of the Dee Dram sold out in 9 weeks and raised over £35,000 for the Dee Trust!
The Dee Dram - The River Dee is revered the world over for its picturesque beauty, clean crisp waters and of course its exceptional Salmon fishing. In Recognition of this remarkable river, we have created a unique expression of the Dalmore . A generous donation from each bottle sold will be gifted to the River Dee Trust to support their tireless efforts to protect and enhance this beautiful environment.
The Spey Dram - The river Spey is famous for its rich Salmon fishing history and of course as a famous whisky region. In recognition of the Spey we have created this exclusive expression of the Dalmore. The Spey Foundation work hard to protect and enhance the river Spey. A generous donation from each bottle sold is gifted to the Spey foundation.
The Tweed Dram - In recognition of the majestic river Tweed and its rich history this unique and exclusive Dalmore has been created. A generous donation from each bottle sold is gifted to the Tweed Foundation to support their excellent conservation work.
The Tay Dram - The mighty Tay is Britain's biggest river and is famous for its rich Salmon fishing history. This unique and exclusive expression of the Dalmore has been created to reflect the Tay's character. A generous donation from each bottle sold is made to the Tay Foundation to support their excellent conservation work.
With bottles costing around £40 - not much when you consider that Dalmore make bottles of Malt priced at £120,000 - a minimum donation of £4 will be gifted to the relevant river's trust or foundation and go towards securing the future of Salmon stocks in those rivers for years to come.
