Rod used was a 7ft Abu Garcia 15-40lb class and a Abu Garcia 7000i reel loaded with 30lb braid, a 6ft 200lb rubbing leader and 18 inches of 80lb wire fitted with a 8/0 hook. This was fished tight to the bottom over sand.
