Tying a March Brown Dry Fly with Davie McPhail

Davie ties a March Brown Dry Fly, a fantastic early season pattern for those wild river Brownies.

Hook: Partridge Surehold Upwing Dry Barbless Hook Size 12
Thread: Light Cahill or Orange Uni-8/0
Tail: Coq de Leon Fibres
Body: Wapsi Natural Fur Fox Squirrel
Wing: Hen Pheasant Wing Quill
Hackles: Brown Partridge and Ginger Cock Saddle
