Guideline Weekend on the River Tweed

This August 13th and 14th, Guideline will be hosting an event on the banks of the river Tweed designed to allow customers to try out any of the gear from the Guideline range with no obligation to buy! The event will be held at the awesome Lower Pavilion beat near Melrose and customers will also be able to enjoy free tuition on the day from top AAPGAI qualified instructors including Mick McDaid, Paul Little and Neil Truelove. Come and try out the amazing Reaction range of double and single handed rods, the best selling Lecie and LPXe ranges, experience the full range of Guideline reels and cast the awesome MMD and TripleD lines and shooting heads - in fact almost any Guideline product available - under the supervision of the Guideline Powerteam which includes some of the most respected names in fly fishing.
Top instructor Mick McDaid will be giving free tuition
Top salmon fly tyers Paul Little and Duncan Egan will also be demonstrating the techniques involved in tying flies with the Guideline range of products and free refreshments will be available all weekend. Plus you can even have a cast for a Salmon on the Saturday under the watchful eye of top Tweed gillie Scott Povey if you wish, making this one of the top free events in the angling calendar! If you are serious about fishing with single or double handed fly rods this is a weekend not to be missed!
Lower Pavilion is a beautiful Beat of the Tweed
The full range of Guideline products will be of course available to buy from the Glasgow Angling Centre over the weekend, so if you are attending don't forget to come and say hello!

Keep an eye on this blog, our website and facebook for updates and news on this event!
