Mackenzie Shooting Head lines have arrived!

The long awaited second generation fly lines from world Spey casting champion Scott Mackenzie have arrived and are available to buy now instore! After months of development the design and product development team that work with Scott have produced what they believe to be some of the most stable and easy casting lines on the market. These are lines with a proven tournament casting pedigree, yet designed to be used with ease by anglers of all casting abilities. The range can be broken down into three main groups.
Mackenzie DTX G2 Spey Line
Mackenzie DTX G2 Speyline - The new Mackenzie G2 Spey lines combine many years of collective experience on the river bank, along with modern day thinking and 21st century technology. They are unlike anything else on the market. The new G2 fly lines have a specially formulated, extra supple polyurethane coating which allows the caster to create tighter loops, better line control, perfect stability, presentation and turnover. A low stretch core delivers more response when casting and greater sensitivity when a fish takes. A range of head lengths from 51’ to 64‘ makes these lines suitable for anglers of all abilities and venues. Floating and Multi-Tip versions available.

Mackenzie DTX G2 Headline - The new Mackenzie G2 Headlines combine many years of collective experience on the river bank, along with modern day thinking and 21st century technology. They are unlike anything else on the market. The new G2 fly lines have a specially formulated, extra supple polyurethane coating which allows the caster to create tighter loops, better line control, perfect stability, presentation and turnover. A low stretch core delivers more response when casting and greater sensitivity when a fish takes. These lines combine the all the benefits of a shooting head line with those of a traditional Spey line to create a modern, compact, seamless, easy casting line. Available in two densities making it even more versatile.Floating and Intermediate versions Available.

Mackenzie DTX G2 Shooting Heads - The new Mackenzie G2 Shooting Heads combine many years of collective experience on the river bank, along with modern day thinking and 21st century technology. They are unlike anything else on the market. The new G2 fly lines have a specially formulated, extra supple polyurethane coating which allows the caster to create tighter loops, better line control, perfect stability, presentation and turnover. A low stretch core delivers more response when casting and greater sensitivity when a fish takes. Head lengths are balanced to line weights and a range of sink rates to cover all river conditions and matching Running Line make this a very versatile system. Available in Float, Float/Intermediate, Intermediate, Sink 2/Sink 3 and Sink 3/Sink 4 Versions.
